Cam Webb

As a biologist, I work primarily on the plants of Alaska and Indonesia, with research interests that include ecology, biogeography, phylogenetics, taxonomy and biodiversity informatics. I am currently Affiliate Faculty at the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. As a global citizen, I am concerned about climate change, forest stewardship, social resilience, and digital resistance. I lived in Indonesia from 2005 to 2015 (mainly in West Kalimantan/Borneo), but now live near Fairbanks, Alaska. I still advise a Kalimantan healthcare and conservation project (ASRI) focused on the Gunung Palung national park.
