General notes: (about the organism that will not change over time)

• Brown body with black longitudinal stripe on abdomen. Pipe-like antennae. Forewings brown with hints of iridescent purple. Green semicircle on hind part of forewing. Hindwings mostly brown.

Observations:

• Collected near mercury vapor light at around 8pm. Possible new species--not documented in "Moths of Borneo". Placement in Marumba genus based on wing shape. (microhabitat: Lowland rainforest, width: 10 cm0.1 m
