Notes on Kalimantan swamp forest restoration
(2023-04-04: I recently returned from several weeks at ASRI in West Kalimantan, and had a chance to review the existing restoration projects and visit a new restoration site that was previously freshwater swamp forest. Here are some notes from that trip.)

- Planted: balangeran, prupuk (Lophopetalum sp.), tampohot & jambu-jambu (Syzygium spp.), gerunggang (Cratoxylon sp.), papung, tabaras (Stemonorus scorpioides), and patanak galeget (Eleocarpus sp.) (according to this)
- High survival: Lophopetalum cf. rigidum and Shorea balangeran (iNat) (according to this poster)
