• Based on placement of fruit, general morphology and the guide, likely Plagiostachys albriflora, infer flowers at base and in an inflorescence based on fruit position, fruit about 5cm from ground, hair on stem and under leaves, medium green, midrub with visible veins, no petiole-like structure

• didn't see any organisms on it, also fruiting (location: Near the side of the trail, a little more than halfway around the loop back to the sky bridge, microhabitat: somshaded area of primary forest, an upward slope of the trail, wettish ground, height: 1.65 m165 cm
