I am a biologist, working primarily on tropical biodiversity research and stewardship projects, with interests that include plant ecology, forest restoration, biogeography, phylogenetics and biodiversity informatics. I lived in Indonesia from 2005 to 2015 (mainly in West Kalimantan/Borneo), but now live in Fairbanks, Alaska. I still advise a Kalimantan healthcare and conservation project (ASRI; and US partner, Health in Harmony) focused on the Gunung Palung national park, and help strengthen scientific capacity in Southeast Asia. I am a Research Associate at the Arnold Arboretum of Harvard University.
Please contact me if you feel I may be able to assist in your work; I am open to both paid and unpaid opportunities.
